Indigenous Mining Policy
Formulating a policy setting a First Nation’s clear expectations regarding mining activities within its traditional territory to promote best practices and reinforce communications and relationships governments, proponents and other stakeholders.

Project Management and Coordination + Environmental and Community Consultation:

Review existing Indigenous mining policies and similar documents.

Draft the policy.

Facilitate legal analysis.

Coordinate mapping, linguistic review, translation, graphic design and printing.
